Food Drive 2020

According to the Texas Tribune, “More than 2.5 million households in Texas didn’t always have enough food to eat in November, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. About two-thirds of those households were either Hispanic or Black.”

With so many members of the Austin community suffering from food scarcity will you join us in a food drive?

This Is How You Can Help!

Empty out those kitchen cabinets of your dusty (not expired) non-perishables and canned goods. You know, the ones you thought you’d eat when the pandemic started, but you haven’t touched yet.

Drop off location is at West Holistic Medicine – 904 West Ave. #109 – between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm Monday-Friday before Dec. 23rd. For other options, like Amazon dropship please contact Ashley Maltz, M.D.

Austin Wellness Collaborative Food Drive

The goods will be dropped off at a local food bank or distributed to those living in tents on Ben White at Manchaca.

Thank you for supporting your community during these times.

It takes a village.
