I am a creative-minded and compassionate integrative herbalist with a personal mission to co-create freedom and prosperity for all beings. My main focus is integrative mental health, including anxiety, depression, general stress, PTSD, and supporting addiction recovery. I combine a rigorous and practical understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western science with a deep, intuitive understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection, and have a talent for getting to the heart of the matter quickly.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I have worked for grassroots nonprofits such as San Francisco Suicide Prevention, Zen Caregiving Project, and Maitri Compassionate Care, and remain forever inspired by community medicine. I particularly love working with anyone who has not felt seen or heard by modern allopathic medicine for any reason, but particularly due to stigmatized health concerns. In my spare time, I love connecting joyfully to my own body and spirit, especially through karaoke, dance, and socializing with friends.

My name is Joseph Gorordo and I am the Vice President of Business Development at Recovery Unplugged. I am also a therapist, husband, and proud father to three amazing kids!

Shortly after graduating from high school in Laredo, TX, I found myself hopelessly addicted to alcohol and drugs. I spent the following six years using IV heroin and bouncing from treatment center to treatment center, never staying sober for more than a few days. On July 21st, 2008 I was removed from drugs for the last time and have been 100% sober from all mind altering substances ever since! I’ve dedicated the majority of my time in recovery to helping others find their freedom from addiction and am proud to have continued that work for the last 3 years with Recovery Unplugged.

Recovery Unplugged is a completely unique approach to addiction treatment. We use the healing power of music alongside traditional interventions to help our clients reconnect with their emotions, their true selves, and the world around them.

Hi there! I am Mallory Beckwith, LPC-A supervised by Sarah Arnold, LPC-S. Welcome to my profile! I am a therapist who works with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. I wholeheartedly believe that increasing your awareness is key to managing emotions, thinking more clearly, and acting from a place of intention rather than impulse. I always address my client’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs in sessions. I primarily use mindfulness during sessions to help my clients get grounded and present, and also CBT to address unhelpful thinking patterns that can cause stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed.
