Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary is an Austin-based private yoga studio offering “Yoga That’s Actually Relaxing.” Rooted in rest, accessibility, and nervous system support, the Sanctuary offers personalized yoga and sound bath experiences for individuals, couples, small groups, organizations, and community partners seeking a more supportive and intentional alternative to a traditional studio environment.
Personalization is at the heart of The Sanctuary’s work. Private sessions are designed around each client’s body, goals, and lived experience, with support for flexibility and mobility, balance and strength, relaxation and meditation, active aging, or a specific need the client wants to focus on. Private sessions are available in-studio, online, or on location, and may be offered one-on-one, for couples, or for small private groups. Semi-private yoga classes are also offered at the Sanctuary, where class sizes never exceed three students and each practice is designed to offer individualized attention, hands-on support, and a restorative experience aligned with students’ physical and mental needs. Semi-private offerings include Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath, Yin Yoga + Sound Bath, Deep Stretch, Gentle Flow + Restore, Chair Yoga, Prenatal, VinYin, Vinyasa, and Sound Bath.
What makes Alchemy unique is its thoughtful, sensory-driven approach to care. Inside the candle-lit, mirrorless Sanctuary, each experience is curated with supportive props, calming music, aromatherapy, guided relaxation, hands-on support, and sound healing elements that invite the body and mind to soften.

Dr. Hope McLoughlin is a vitalistic Chiropractor and Yoga Instructor of the Hatha and Kundalini styles.
Dr. Hope knows that the body is designed to heal and thrive, and that Chiropractic care works through the Nervous System to ensure the proper conditions for this healing to take place!
Dr. Hope graduated from Life Chiropractic College West with highest academic honors and spent hundreds of hours outside the curriculum learning various adjusting strategies that enhance the biomechanical framework she learned in school. These studies took her into the philosophy of Chiropractic and the subtler dimensions of tension-storage in the body for more easeful adjustments into receptive tissues. By combining a grounded understanding of anatomy and physiology with a keen awareness of how the intelligence of the body communicates using subtler cues, her adjustments “hold” with lasting results.
The power of the adjustment is to release bound potential in the body related to stored life experiences, so the medicine from these experiences can crystalize into the best you possible!
She looks forward to witnessing your most beautiful unfoldment under Chiropractic care!

Emilie is the founder of Spiritual Revolution Healing, a consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and leaders gain clarity, emotional steadiness, and direction during times of personal or relational transition.
Her multidisciplinary background in psychology, philosophy, anthropology, and classical music shapes her ability to understand people with depth and precision. Emilie brings a calm, caring presence to complex emotional situations, creating a space where clients feel both supported and guided.
Her work is rooted in her mission: to help others navigate their awakenings and energetic transformations through energy transmutation, Light Language, Astrology, and Human Design guidance. She uses both Astrology and Human Design to clarify each client’s larger life pattern, soul timing, and potential — helping healing and alignment unfold naturally.
But most of all, what informs Emilie’s work is her lived wisdom — a lifelong practice of observing the people around her, understanding human behavior from the inside out, and reaching for the exact emotional tone or energetic vibration a person needs in order to heal, grow, or see themselves more clearly. This attunement is what makes her guidance both accurate and deeply human.
Her clientele includes private individuals, couples, and senior leaders who seek grounded clarity, emotional strategy, and communication refinement. Clients appreciate her ability to distill complexity into practical, actionable steps while staying attuned to the person behind the problem.
Through her signature services — Shadow-to-Self Coaching, Relationship Repair Mediation, Insight Audits, and Guidance Retainers — Emilie supports people who want coherence, emotional maturity, and meaningful transformation. Her work is organized, steady, and quietly caring, offering clarity where many feel overwhelmed or unsure.
At the foundation of her practice is a simple purpose: to help each person remember who they truly are — whole, capable, and worthy of living with courage, grace, and truth.
