Dr. Cass Naumann: I have a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, with an honors concentration in Integrative Medicine: Qigong and the effects of Vibrational Healing. I am a licensed acupuncturist and Board certified Diplomat of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM. I am a certified Asian bodyworker, a Reiki master/teacher, and a certified Yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching various styles of Yoga, Tai Qi, Qigong, meditation and holistic lifestyle principles. Postgraduate studies have included trauma recovery with acupuncture and herbs, certification as an acupuncture detox specialist (NADA), Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture, cupping therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, Shakujyu Japanese meridian therapy, and a Doctoral study abroad intensive on Japanese techniques in Kyoto, Japan. My undergraduate degree and previous life was in music composition from the Univeristy of Texas. I love incorporating sound and vibrational healing into my treatments and workshops.

I am an intuitive teacher and healer who incorporates my vast array of training and interests to bring about subtle changes to all levels of the body, mind, and spirit; to garner a sense of well-being, awareness, and self-compassion- with hopes to elevate the consciousness and potential of the individual and the collective towards peace, grace, balance, and loving kindness. I strive to embody the healing medicines that I practice, and thus be a walking example of what it looks like to use breath as center, food as medicine, to walk in both integrity and self-compassion with a playful spirit, and to embrace the power of gratitude, surrender and the cultivation of self-love. I bring a professional, elegant, and graceful demeanor to my practice and hold a calm spaciousness to all those around me. I am devoted to the heart and spirit of this medicine and believe we all have the innate capacity to heal our-selves, I am but a gentle guide and reminder.

While trained to treat a myriad of conditions, my passionate areas of focus and expertise are:

  • *The support and symptom management of cancer
  • *Trauma
  • *Pain
  • *Stress reduction
  • *Improved quality of life with focus on prevention, wholeness, wellness, and lightness of being
  • *Helping clients to live life to their fullest potential and manifest destiny
