Dr. Altman was born and raised in Katy, Tx and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He earned his MD and Masters in Public Health from the University of Texas at Houston Medical School and School of Public Health. He trained in Family Medicine at Baylor Garland before specializing in Environmental Medicine, completing residency in 2016. Dr. Altman has been trained to focus on full body health including lifestyle and environmental factors, such as: stress, sleep, nutrition, physical activity and environmental exposures.Specific Examples:
