I help clients meet personal health goals and providing catered meals, education, and the science/flavor to back it up.
My interest and passion for food and nutrition began seven years ago when I struggled with my own digestive ailment and cured it by changing my diet. I decided to further my education by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington with a focus in Nutrition and Culinary in 2016.
I work directly with clients who are prescribed or are limited to a specific therapeutic diet (for example: Whole 30/paleo, low FODMAP, elimination diets for food allergies, nutrient dense, TCM/Ayurvedic nutrition, etc.) by helping them meet personal health goals with catered meals, education, and the science/flavor to back it up.
I prefer to work with local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients as much as possible.
