Full spectrum doula @ Your Journey with J
Whether a first birth or last, I truly believe that birth is a journey and something that should be supported along the way with a doula. My goal is to shift the way we think about birth and replace fear with education and empowerment – while centering BIPOC, single, and LGBTQIA+ people. It is my training from Re+Birth Equity, Birthing Advocacy, and DONA International, as well as years of working with families in various capacities and personal lived experience that allows me to provide comprehensive and culturally inclusive support. Birthwork is my social justice work. I provide in person and virtual doula offerings that include prenatal education, planning, birth & postpartum support, and more. My model of support differs from many doulas, in that I join you on the journey to and through birth and foster a longer term relationship – typically 4-6 months.
In addition to my independent doula work, I am a programming and community engagement volunteer with Mama Sana Vibrant Woman, Prenatal PIP squeaks facilitator with Partners in Parenting, and member of Suenos Sin Fronteras Birth Network and National Black Doula Association. I’m currently further developing my skill set and knowledge by choosing to go beyond training and pursuing full spectrum doula certification, child birth educator certification, and 200 YTT. Winter of 2020 full spectrum support will be availible to include fertility, abortion, and berevement doula support. I support all reproductive choices and believe every person has the right to bodily autonomy.

Nicole Siegel
Nicole is the creator of The Body Compass Method™ — somatic work for sexual dysfunction, lost desire, and relationships that have lost their charge.
Nicole Siegel is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker® and the creator of The Body Compass Method™, based in Austin, Texas and working remotely worldwide.
She works at the intersection of somatic bodywork, nervous system regulation, and relational dynamics — with individuals navigating sexual dysfunction and with couples whose intimacy has lost its charge. Her work is built on a single observation made across hundreds of sessions: that pelvic pain, lost desire, erectile dysfunction, attraction collapse, and emotional over-functioning share the same structural roots. Different symptoms. The same underlying pattern.
The Body Compass Method™ is the framework she developed from that observation. It integrates Sexological Bodywork® with erotic mapping, trauma-informed relational work, and nervous system retraining — structured enough to move things that haven’t moved, embodied enough that the change doesn’t stay conceptual.
Most clients come to her after therapy has helped with everything except this. Many have never worked somatically before.
She is the host of The Nature of Pleasure podcast, creator of the Deep Body Archive™ somatic curriculum, and author of several educational programs including Reset Your Erotic Rhythm — a structured course for couples navigating emotional over-functioning and lost desire.
She works in-person in Austin and remotely with clients worldwide.
