Hi there! I am Mallory Beckwith, LPC-A supervised by Sarah Arnold, LPC-S. Welcome to my profile! I am a therapist who works with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. I recently opened up my own private practice, Therapy with Mallory, and see all of my clients virtually.

I wholeheartedly believe that increasing your awareness is key to managing emotions, thinking more clearly, and acting from a place of intention rather than impulse. I always address my client’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs in sessions. I primarily use mindfulness during sessions to help my clients get grounded and present, and also CBT to address unhelpful thinking patterns that can cause stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed. I strongly believe everyone deserves a chance to heal so they can live a life with more clarity, joy, and purpose.
