I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor, perpetually curious about your stories and perspectives. I don’t operate with a “one size-fits all” or “cookie-cutter” approach to therapy. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgement or agenda.
As your compassionate and empathetic ally, we will explore your emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations to help you gain deeper self-awareness and insight into the relationship with yourself and others.
This work can lead to greater life balance, an ability to hold stronger boundaries, and a deeper sense of worth and lovability.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, trauma sensitive, culturally sensitive (related to race, ethnicity, regional identity, religion, etc.) sex-positive, and mindful of neurodivergencies and abilities.
