Hi! My name is Acelli Crippen-Kok, the owner of Solid Ground Counseling & Wellness in Cedar Park. Solid Ground Counseling & Wellness offers therapy for women experiencing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, emotional fatigue, or those seeking to gain a deeper understanding of themselves in a caring and supportive environment.

My therapy approach is eclectic and often includes approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, DBT Skills, EMDR, Family Systems, or Person-Centered. I don’t think there’s a one-size-fits all approach to therapy and believe in collaborating with clients to meet their individual needs.

In addition to working with clients, I am a LPC-S (#76055) for those new to the field of counseling. Prior to starting a private practice, I was a public school educator for almost 15 years and find value in helping others build confidence and knowledge.

In my free time, I enjoy a strong cup of coffee, a good book, traveling, playing board games, and spending time with family and friends.

Adelyn Botto brings over 30 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist specializing in MyoFascial Release, Structural Bodywork, and Craniosacral Therapy. Through her practice, Applied Somatic Therapy, she helps clients address the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms.

Adelyn’s somatic approach to bodywork helps clients develop greater body awareness and understand how their systems have adapted to stress, injury, or trauma. Her integrative techniques are effective for a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, headaches, mobility issues, anxiety, TMJ dysfunction, and nervous system dysregulation.

Her therapeutic goal extends beyond the treatment room – she aims to empower clients with personalized resources that support continued healing and self-regulation in their daily lives.

Naturopath Doctor

She has been working with Vibrational Medicine for 27 years and she is Certified Practitioner with four Flower Essences systems from USA, Australia, Colombia and England. She was trained by Dr Rojas, an M.D in Colombia.

Adriana is a Reiki Master, Tuning Forks Certified Practitioner & Teacher.

She studied with Gary Craig the Founder of the EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) system and has been a Practitioner for over 18 years. She studied Iridology, Sacred Geometry, and other modalities. She is a member of the Flower Essence Society an International Organization.

Adriana helps many kids & adults with ADD, ADHD, Autism with excellent results. She treats people with deep Depression, Panic and Anxiety attacks, PTSD, low self-esteem and all kinds of unbalances in the Mental, Emotional and Physical levels.

She works holistically with all these unbalances and also the harmful effects of EMF (Electro-Magnetic Fields) and EMR (Electro-Magnetic Radiation) and she brings solutions to protect us and help balance the mind, emotions, and physical body in a natural way without side effects. In counseling her clients, Alisa’s desire is to facilitate transformation, healing, and growth toward wholeness. She encourages, and often challenges, her clients to discover and listen to all aspects of self, enabling more genuine expression and healthier relationships. Alisa is able to create a physical and emotional space that is warm, accepting, and non-judgmental for this work to occur. Using her gifts of compassion and intuition, she facilitates the client’s healing and growth process.

In living her own life, Alisa practices the same philosophies she shares with her clients. She loves animals and nature, and she enjoys trail hiking. Her dog, Booker, is an integral part of the work of Eye of the Heart!! Alisa writes a blog, and has written several poetry pieces. She creates art from broken pieces of tile, pottery, and rock – what we call “”mosaic.”” She is currently working on a lotus flower in her shower. She leads a contemplative lifestyle, with a focus on prayer/meditation, relationship, and creativity.

I am a creative-minded and compassionate integrative herbalist with a personal mission to co-create freedom and prosperity for all beings. My main focus is integrative mental health, including anxiety, depression, general stress, PTSD, and supporting addiction recovery. I combine a rigorous and practical understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western science with a deep, intuitive understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection, and have a talent for getting to the heart of the matter quickly.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I have worked for grassroots nonprofits such as San Francisco Suicide Prevention, Zen Caregiving Project, and Maitri Compassionate Care, and remain forever inspired by community medicine. I particularly love working with anyone who has not felt seen or heard by modern allopathic medicine for any reason, but particularly due to stigmatized health concerns. In my spare time, I love connecting joyfully to my own body and spirit, especially through karaoke, dance, and socializing with friends.
