April Bullock founded the Family Health & Wellness Clinic in 2018. After nearly 20 years of serving the Austin community as a midwife, April identified the need for a truly holistic family practice to serve her midwifery clients as their families grew.
With a commitment to lifelong learning and continued growth of health care knowledge, she returned to the university for her second and third degrees as a Registered Nurse then Family Nurse Practitioner.
With decades of using homeopathy and herbal medicine in women’s health care, April is skilled at integrating western medicine & pharmaceuticals into health & wellness plans.
April is offering both swab and antibody covid testing.
Christina Burke
A native Houstonian, Christina Burke joined Compassionate Cultivation in 2017 and leads the Community Outreach and Advocacy Efforts. Before joining the Compassionate team, Christina served as the Corporate Development officer at both the SAFE Alliance in Austin and the University of Texas’ College of Fine Arts. Prior to moving to Austin, she spent 17 years in Investor Relations and Communications roles in the oil and gas and consumer products industries.
Christina received her BS in Health and Human Science with a focus on Biological Psychology from the University of Houston and serves on several boards including The Epilepsy Foundation of Central and South Texas.

Dr. of Chinese Medicine, licensed acupuncturist and diplomat through NCCAOM as well as being a certified yoga instructor and qigong/tai chi senior trainer.
Gayl specializes in acupuncture, herbology, Qigong/Tai Chi, HeartMath Training and meditation at her holistic studio; Blue Heron Center in Lakeway, TX.

Certified by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America and the Institute for the Study of Somatic Education in San Francisco, their teachers in the work include Julie Casson-Rubin, Paul Rubin, Alan Questel, Ken Robins (Somatic Experiencing) and Patrick Douce of the Esalen Institute. They also have studied embryological development/embodiment with Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen of Body-Mind Centering, and is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) through Amy Cooper and the Shasta Yoga Institute.
Under mentorship with Matthew Cochran of Raven Dream Tracking, Foa has been learning the art of listening to dreams and following their lead for over 10 years and now offers guidance within this lineage of wisdom-work.
Identifying as an accidental naturalist, they have completed apprenticeships in applied permaculture design, plant-spirit medicine craft and folk herbalism, bird language and outdoor survival/wilderness-living, and rites of passage work from elders of the Animas Valley Institute.
Foa has been living with disability/chronic pain for over 20 years. Apprenticing the non-human world, turning to the wisdom of nature, regenerative design, and listening to the vanguards of the social justice movement are fundamental to their process and work.

Jessica is a Holistic Nutritionist with a master’s degree from the University of Natural Medicine and the Head Witch In Charge at Rune Haus. She holds certifications in health coaching, clinical herbalism, and Ashtanga Yoga.

Jessica’s 10+ years of firsthand experience and exploration in her own health journey as well as her education as a nutritionist and herbalist allows her to to help guide others on their own paths.
Her practice is rooted in flexibility and without dogma, combining food-medicine with lifestyle habit reshaping to help you find balanced, lasting health. She believes health is a deeply personal journey and so your food relationship and nutritional needs are as well.
