Jana Jamail | Bridging the Gap Between Brain Science and Nutrition

For a long time, I was told that Neuro-Nutritionists didn’t exist. I decided to be one anyway. The connection between the gut, the liver, and the brain is essential for supporting clients and it is the niche I fell in love with.

My path to clinical practice wasn’t a straight line. I spent years in the corporate world, eventually serving as a COO, before realizing my true passion was solving human puzzles, not corporate ones. I returned to school for dual Master’s degrees in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and Applied Neuroscience to ensure I had the best possible tools for my clients.

In my practice, I work with people who have been told their labs are normal but still don’t feel like themselves. I look at five key areas: mitochondria, inflammation, gut health, liver detoxification, and mental well being. My goal is to move beyond isolating organ systems and integrating all of them into care to improve symptoms and life style.
