My educational background includes a MSW University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Latin American Studies and Spanish from UNC-Chapel Hill. Also, I have been studying Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), insight oriented meditation, self compassion, yoga and various forms of expressive/movement based therapies for both personal and professional development during the past 12 years. Mindfulness, self-compassion, and meditation have changed my life, and I am humbled and honored to share these skills with Flourish! clients.

Megan is dedicated to helping her clients feel more empowered to make choices that keep them feeling their absolute best and allows them to get the most out of life. Because, as she says,
it’s not just about eating more kale because it’s “healthy”… it’s about what being healthy allows you to do!
Since completing her certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2010, Megan has worked with women and men to help them transform their health. Whether it’s to manage a health condition, lose weight, cut cravings, boost energy, or be more productive. She works with her clients to create customized plans and design routines and lifestyle habits that fit into their lives, exactly how they live them right now.
Before becoming a health coach, Megan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism. She puts her background in writing and communications to good use through her blog where she publishes new recipes and tips weekly.
Megan is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas, though considers Austin home now. She and her husband Ross have twin daughters, Maddie and Charlotte. And many of their favorite things to do involve cooking and eating.

Monique is a private chef, first time mom, and content creator living in Austin, TX. She started her blog and her business out of a zeal for all things food related in Austin. She creates original recipes, custom meal prep for clients as well as guides and reviews of eateries both local and beyond. She’s published in a book about food blogging, featured in the Austin American Statesman, and has over 12k following on Instagram. Monique lives happily in East Austin with her husband, daughter and tripod dog.

As a native Texan and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage, Natalie shares a love of this unique city and our growing community of life-minded wellness practitioners. With a background in psychology, and after a 13 year career practicing Integrative Bodywork, Ashiatsu and Thai massage, she became very interested in addressing the root cause of illness and disease, at the cellular level.

I’m not scared of what you’re experiencing and I’ll be there to gently encourage the innate desire to heal that brought you to this work. We are walking the resilient path and I believe in your ability to change and heal. It’s vital that you are the author of your own healing.

I am not here fix nor judge you. I am here to create and hold space for you. I am here to assist you in connecting with yourself, releasing what you no longer want to carry, and tapping into your innate capacity to heal and change your life.
My approach includes mindfulness, somatic therapy, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) perspectives and sometimes use other processing methods to stimulate change such as ETT, movement, sound and art. I hold a M.A. in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary (with honors) as well as Ph.D. in Medical Geography (a multidisciplinary field at the cross-section of socioe-environment, public health, and epidemiology) from Texas A&M and am supervised by Dr. Linda Marten, LPC-S.
