Somatic Experiencing helps process trauma through bodily awareness rather than focusing solely on the traumatic narrative. This approach uses the body as a guide to identify and release trauma held physically, leading to a more regulated nervous system and increased resilience.

STILL Yoga – Yoga for Recovery

STILL Yoga addresses addiction in all forms—substances, behaviors, and even seemingly positive habits like overworking. This recovery program combines tools from The 12 Step Program, Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation to help clients reconnect with their inner resources. Available as one-on-one sessions, 8-week group classes, or self-paced “STILL Books” workbooks.
