Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary is an Austin-based private yoga studio offering “Yoga That’s Actually Relaxing.” Rooted in rest, accessibility, and nervous system support, the Sanctuary offers personalized yoga and sound bath experiences for individuals, couples, small groups, organizations, and community partners seeking a more supportive and intentional alternative to a traditional studio environment.

Personalization is at the heart of The Sanctuary’s work. Private sessions are designed around each client’s body, goals, and lived experience, with support for flexibility and mobility, balance and strength, relaxation and meditation, active aging, or a specific need the client wants to focus on. Private sessions are available in-studio, online, or on location, and may be offered one-on-one, for couples, or for small private groups. Semi-private yoga classes are also offered at the Sanctuary, where class sizes never exceed three students and each practice is designed to offer individualized attention, hands-on support, and a restorative experience aligned with students’ physical and mental needs. Semi-private offerings include Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath, Yin Yoga + Sound Bath, Deep Stretch, Gentle Flow + Restore, Chair Yoga, Prenatal, VinYin, Vinyasa, and Sound Bath.

What makes Alchemy unique is its thoughtful, sensory-driven approach to care. Inside the candle-lit, mirrorless Sanctuary, each experience is curated with supportive props, calming music, aromatherapy, guided relaxation, hands-on support, and sound healing elements that invite the body and mind to soften.
