Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Body Worker and Health Coach
Nicole began practicing Pilates over 14 years ago initially as a way to strengthen her core as well as a way to rehab a back and neck injury. After a short time working with the method she realized how much stronger, balanced and pain free she had become, allowing her to pursue her other fitness passions such as running, hiking, weight training, and cycling.
Excited to see the positive effects the work was having on herself and others around her, Nicole set out to pursue a career as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, body worker and health coach.
