Summer Greenlees

Summer Greenlees, LMT on a mountain

Summer Greenlees is a Somatic Yoga Instructor, Watsu Practitioner, and Bodyworker with over 25 years of professional experience. Her yoga classes focus on developmental movement repatterning with an Embodied, Somatic Approach.

She helps her students repattern their breath and movement with the original movement patterns that our bodies and nature form with. Summer’s classes are a safe, gentle, and playful space of shared co-inquiry, in which students explore and discover a deeper experience of themselves, body, and soul while preventing injury and nourishing longevity, radiant health, and well-being.

Summer’s Somatic Aquatic Yoga and Bodywork practices include elements from Watsu, Healing Dance & Healing Dance Underwater, Rebirthing, Ebb & Flow Integration, Embodied Anatomy awareness, and Developmental Movement Repatterning.

Melody Benton

Melody Benton, Somatic Natural Movement Practitioner

Melody Benton has been studying the body & movement for over 20 years. She has been an explorer of the deep connections between the body, mind, and spirit and with in the body and the universe. As a movement educator, she has a gift to help others connect deeply with themselves through movement; live and move in ways once believed impossible; and most importantly, change the way one feels their existence in this infinite wild world.

Her studies and experiences in somatics, structural integration, yoga, pilates, aquatic exercise, surfing and paddleboarding have shaped her into a “gravity surfer” that yields to a more fluid and wholesome way of moving in this world.

She is very passionate to share how this bio-intelligence is with in us all.
